This charming hotel boasts a fantastic location and the friendliest staff who go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The room size was smaller than expected and had some cleanliness issues. Requesting an upper room is a must for the best views!

We greatly enjoyed spotlessly clean and accommodating rooms and excellent food.

This is a low cost overall clean hotel providing brand-new and good sized rooms. Family vibe, the staff is really helpful. It has an excellent and best possible location with pleasant pool views...

What they got right and wrong

This place is a gem in the heart of town. I loved the amazing location that allowed me easy access to vibrant bars and restaurants, not to mention the friendly staff who were always ready to help with tours.

My only issue was that the room lacked some basic furnishings, like a chair for comfort and hooks for wet clothes. These small improvements would have.

Perfectly clean place and terrific service. Nice design of interiors in family room. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in the center of La Fortuna and view of the pool. Based very close to nearby restaurants, the downtown area and the Fortuna park, near restaurants and bars.

Rooms are compact, giving zero privacy with windows facing neighbors!!! The amenities are showing their age and the shower was dysfunctional !!! Consider refurbishing the facilities more aggressively!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the town. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The pool area had a lovely ambiance ☀️

bathroom could have been cleaner

Location is unbeatable, right across from a beautiful park and surrounded by great dining options. The staff stands out for their friendliness and willingness to help with anything. Breakfast served fresh fruit and juice was a perfect start to the day.

Helpful staff made check-in easy.

The room was filthy with stains and odor. The bathroom was especially awful, with a persistent drainage smell. I found hair on the sheets.

The hotel was perfectly located downtown. While the breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, the room was lacking a comfortable chair, making it awkward to work. A pleasant experience that I’d consider revisiting.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of La Fortuna. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of tasty options. The staff was genuinely accommodating, and I felt supported during my stay, especially when there was an issue with my bank card. The cozy room was a nice retreat after a day of activities.

We had such a nice time with our cozy room and the lovely pool area, perfect for lounging after a day out. The outdoor space with sun loungers was a great spot to unwind. The only thing that could've been better was the mattress, which was a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

The staff enhanced my experience. They were not only friendly but also took the time to check on my safety after my tour. The downtown view from my room was lovely and felt lively at night.
